Sustaining memberships provide steady, reliable support for the programs you value. Your donation renews automatically each year, and your credit or debit card is billed monthly, saving time, money, and resources. Sustainers form the backbone of community support that keeps WBHM strong.

Sustaining Member FAQ

Q: What does it mean to be a sustaining member?
A: Your monthly pledge automatically renews every 12 months. If you use a credit or debit card, it will be charged automatically. This consistent support helps WBHM operate more efficiently.

Q: Am I still eligible for thank you gifts?
A: Yes. Sustainers can receive thank‑you gifts at the level of their total annual giving. For example, a $10 monthly pledge qualifies you for gifts at the $120 level. If you hear about a gift during an on‑air fundraiser, email [email protected].

Q: What if my credit card expires or changes?
A: If your credit card expires or changes you can go here to update your card. Please include “This is my updated payment information” in the comments section and we can apply the new information to your current pledge. This is also an opportunity to increase your monthly support as well.

Q: How can I cancel my sustaining pledge?
A: You can change or cancel your sustaining pledge at any time. Simply email our Membership Specialist, Diana Beattie, at [email protected]. You can also go to your MemberConnect account and select Current and Past Donations under the My Account tab.

Q: What are the benefits of Member Connect and how do I sign up?
A: MemberConnect allows you access to your account with WBHM. You can update/change your credit card, look at your giving history and request your annual thank you gift. Sign up for MemberConnect today!
