Lauren-Taylor Bachofer is an artist who sings, writes and plays guitar. She grew up in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. She was shy when she was younger but through the choir program of the Pizitz Middle School and Vestavia Hills High School began to come out of her shell. She was a member of the PMS Girls Choir, VHHS Honor Choir and a member of "Just Singin" a small distinguished choir that performs more contemporary music. She just graduated in May of 2010
Lauren-Taylor began playing the guitar and wrote her first song I'm Me at age 15. She then began writing and performing at local venues such as Starbucks in Hoover, Big Mountain Coffee in Helena and the Coffee Vine in Gadsden. From there, she has performed many local venues such as churches, Pepper Place Farmers Market, Benefit concerts such as Relay for life and mission benefits in the Birmingham Area. Lauren released her first Demo CD titled Other than a Wanna-Be on her 17th birthday, November 24, 2008. Most recently Lauren has performed in several Nashville venues such as The Commodore, The Listening Room and Oprey Mills Mall for a PCG Showcase of Best New Nashville. She has recently signed on with PCG Nashville, one of the top artist development companies in the nation.
