Jessica Reike Heine

Jessica Rieke Heine has been playing music and leading worship since she was 15 years old. She began performing in and around her hometown of Paducah, Kentucky during high school, while stepping into the role of worship leader for her local youth group.

With her 2007 release of Finding a Fugitive, Rieke Heine blends a heart for congregational worship, a love for rootsy alternative country, and a singer-songwriter.

Jessica Rieke Heine moved to Birmingham in 2001 and joined up with the band for the college ministry University Christian Fellowship (UCF). As a member of the UCF band, she led around 600 college students in worship each Wednesday night. The UCF band has released several full-length worship projects, both live and studio recordings. In 2004, she expanded her efforts as a songwriter and released her first solo project, Casting Daylight.

Lately, Jessica Rieke Heine divides her time between leading worship at Redstone Church in Birmingham and traveling with her band playing for youth and college events.
