![]() If you'd like to suggest a story idea, or just tell us what you think of the show, please contact us. From December 28, 2006... In 2006 Tapestry profiled over 50 local musicians. From alternative rock and power punk, to soul, R&B and most everything in between. For this last show of the year we review some of the musical highlights. I'm Greg Bass and this is Tapestry. Hunter Bell's official title at WBHM is Assistant Development Director, Membership. But he also wears another hat as Music Producer for Tapestry. Each week Hunter reviews many CD's and considers all local musicians' submissions. If you're interested in being considered for the show please mail or drop off a press kit. This must include a CD, bio and picture. Send materials to: Due to the number of submissions we cannot contact everyone who has sent in materials. However, if you want an update, feel free to contact Hunter. If we decide to feature you (or your band) on Tapestry, we'll contact you and arrange a time when you can come to WBHM for an interview. We'll also need a picture for WBHM's web site. Also, we like to make available anywhere from one to three mp3's that listeners can downlaod. Tapestry is produced by Tanya Ott, Michael Krall and Hunter Bell. Throughout the year, Francesca Rosko tracks community events. We also hear additional reporting from Rosemary Pennington, Steve Chiotakis, Mike Morgan, Donna Francavilla, Lissa LeGrand, Dale Short, Les Lavoy, Haden Holmes Brown, and Brigid Galloway. I'm Greg Bass. Have a Happy New Year! |
