Annual Pay Range: $67,570 - $89,193 - $110,815 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Journalism or a related field and seven years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. The successful candidate will possess senior level management experience in a complex organization, preferably in public radio broadcasting. Preferred Job Skills: Leadership skills, administrative abilities, including the management of multi-faceted budgets and constituencies; in-depth knowledge of public broadcasting, audience research, best practices in all aspects of public radio; superior written and oral communication skills; comfortable working both in the limelight and behind the scenes; ability to multi-task is essential (with the ability to exhibit flexibility and consensus-building). Must have the temperament to lead a creative and diverse staff with the understanding that the responsibilities of this position are 24/7 and that the organization answers to numerous constituencies simultaneously.
